Purchase a Home Assistance

Ready to become a homeowner but just need some help getting past the down payment hurdle?

You’re not alone, many people could be successful homeowners, but are held back by the down payment process. SIHA helps you with your down payment so you can make your dream of home ownership come true.

You Can Own a Home

SIHA understands that making the leap from renting to owning is a challenge. You might be paying high rent and would rather put that into monthly mortgage payments. Maybe you’re home shopping already, but need a little extra help to get the right size home for your family.

See More Details about the Program >

Do You Qualify?

Individuals and multiple person families can apply. Annual income must meet the latest HUD guidelines. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds this program.

TERA- Temporary Emergency Rental Assistance

When life happens you might need some temporary help.

Sometimes you’re short on rent, need help covering utilities, or need assistance with a rental deposit. Whatever you’re facing, SIHA is here to help, so you can stop worrying and focus on getting back on your feet.

Temporary Rent Payments

Because life is unpredictable, it’s easy to get behind on rent. When that happens you shouldn’t get evicted. SIHA can help with late rent, help you get caught up, and back on track.

Temporary Rental Deposits

Sometimes the biggest hurdle to renting is the deposit. You’re often asked to come up with two months rent to get into your rental. For low income individuals living paycheck to paycheck that can be too much. SIHA can help you with that deposit so you can get into your new rental.

Temporary Utilities

The power and water shouldn’t get turned off just because you’re struggling. When you get knocked down SIHA lends a hand to pull you up and keep the lights on.
